Submission: Authors are requested to submit their papers electronically to submit@ripublication.com with mention journal title (IJAE S) in subject line.Publication Time: Author will receive print journal copy WITHIN 15 days after payment of publication charges and submission of copyright form.
Publication Cost: Authors of accepted papers are requested to arrange page charges of their papers at the rate of (Rs.4,500 per paper for Indian Authors and US$ 250 per paper for Foreign Authors), which will be invoiced, through the author, to the author's company, institute, or agency. Twenty Five reprints of a paper are provided to the authors ex-gratis. Additional sets of reprints may be ordered at the time of proof correction. Page charges are mandatory and omitted ONLY when it will be highly recommended by Editors-in-chief to us for publication.

of Contributions: Research Papers, Short Communication, Technical
Notes and Book Reviews will be included. Style:
Manuscripts
should be attached and sent to the Editor-in-Chief via e-mail. Use separate
attached files for text, tables and figures. The manuscript should be prepared
in MS-WORD/ or PDF FORMAT ONLY, double-spaced, single-sided, 12-point
font, 1-inch margins all around. An un-numbered cover page should include the
title and authors’ names, postal addresses, fax and email. The corresponding
author should be identified with an asterisk. The following pages of the text
should be numbered consecutively. Although electronic manuscript submission is
preferable, submission via mail to the Editor-in-Chief (three hard copies and
the version on diskette) is also acceptable. Manuscripts submitted to IJAES
should contain: concise and definitive title of article, authors' names,
authors' institutional affiliations, abstract (300-500 words suitable for
abstracting services), up to 6 key words, main text
including introduction, study area, material and methods, results, discussion,
conclusion, references, acknowledgments, tables (each starting with a caption
and on a separate page) and figure captions on a separate page, list of symbols
and abbreviations (if necessary), numbered list of references, brief
biographical sketch and Original figures. The deadline given by the Editor-in-Chief should be strictly followed for the return of revised manuscripts. Title: The title should be given in English and should be short and informative Author Names and Affiliations: Grant funding of the paper: besides the grant number, the full name of grant agency or institution should be given.
Abstract: (1) To
give a clear indication of the objective, scope and results of the paper so that
readers may determine whether the full text will be of particular interest to
them; (2) To
provide key words and phrases for indexing, abstracting, and retrieval purposes.
The
abstract should not attempt to condense the whole subject matter into a few
words for quick reading.
Keywords should not repeat nouns used in the title and should describe the studied problem as best as possible.
References: References are to be numbered and cited in the text by number. They are to be listed in the reference section of the paper in order of first citation in the text. If three or more authors have written a publication use the first author followed by "et al" in the text. The final decision on publication is made by the Editor-in-Chief upon recommendation of an Associate Editor and / or an Editorial Board Member. If the manuscript is accepted for publication in IJAES, it must not be published in any periodical elsewhere without the permission of the Editor-in-Chief. Special Issues: From time to time, Guest Editors are invited to produce Special Issues consisting of some articles grouped around a common theme. Proposals for Special Issues are welcome, as are Guest Editorials and Announcements. Copyright: Each manuscript must be accompanied by a statement that it has been neither published nor submitted for publication, in whole or in part, either in a serial, professional journal or as a part in a book which is formally published and made available to the public. For the mutual benefit and protection of authors and publishers it is necessary that authors provide formal written consent to publish and transfer of Copyright Form before publication of the work.
Refund Policy: Publication charges are non refundable and non adjustable.
Proofs: Proofs will be sent to the corresponding author and should be returned within one week of receipt. Corrections should be restricted to typesetting errors; any other corrections may be charged to the authors. Authors are advised to check their proofs very carefully before return, since the inclusion of late corrections cannot be acceptable. Corrected proofs are to be returned to the publishers.
Frequency of Publication: Six issues per year.
