Aims and Scope: The International Journal of Semiconductor Science & Technology (IJSST) is peer-reviewed (refereed) international research journal dedicated to the publication of high-quality original research in semiconductor science, technology, materials, devices, and their applications. The journal provides a platform for researchers, academicians, scientists, engineers, and industry professionals to disseminate significant theoretical, experimental, computational, and technological advances in the field of semiconductors.

    IJSST publishes original research articles, comprehensive review articles, and survey papers covering fundamental and applied aspects of semiconductor research. The journal welcomes contributions addressing the physical, electrical, optical, electronic, structural, thermal, and magnetic properties of semiconductor materials and heterostructures, as well as their interfaces and technological applications.
    The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to: semiconductor materials and heterostructures, electronic and electrical properties, optical and optoelectronic properties, semiconductor physics, device physics, device design and modeling, fabrication and processing technologies, thin films and nanostructures, compound and elemental semiconductors, wide-bandgap semiconductors, organic and 2D semiconductors, semiconductor characterization and analysis, microelectronics and nanoelectronics, sensors and actuators, photodetectors, LEDs and laser devices, photovoltaic devices, power semiconductor devices, high-frequency and high-speed devices, semiconductor reliability, failure analysis, process monitoring, and emerging semiconductor technologies.

    IJSST particularly welcomes innovative research involving advanced semiconductor materials, nanostructured and low-dimensional systems, novel device architectures, sustainable semiconductor technologies, and interdisciplinary applications. Contributions combining materials science, physics, electronics, engineering, computational methods, and device technology are also encouraged.
Through the publication of scientifically rigorous research, IJSST aims to advance knowledge in semiconductor science and technology, facilitate the exchange of research findings, and promote communication and collaboration among researchers, academic institutions, research organizations, and industry professionals worldwide.

Frequency: Two issues per year.
